1.) i think my most successful artwork was the tile because my image came out more clearly then any other work . i really like the way the diamond turned out especially the lines and how close they had to be together.
2.) i overcame the most obstacles as i was working on the slab box because so many thing were going wrong as i was working on it. the slabs weren't all the same thickness or hight so i shaved them down as much as i could without making them too thin. as for the hight it would never all be even. also my roller wouldn't in print good enough on my slab so i carved the design my self.
3.) i think i grew a lot from the slab box to the tile . the show growth because things that i couldn't do on the box i was able to do on the tile. for example my tile is much smoother then my box and the lines are much cleaner.
4.) working with clay was really fun i learned a lot of new things. it was frustrating because the designs were hard to draw in the clay and it was very time consuming. working with only one material is good because i gives you plenty of time to grow and learn new things and figure out what about clay specifically is your strong point.
